Friendly staff accommodated our requests promptly.

The heater didn't work on the first night. The room was dirty with cobwebs and there were items left in the fridge. We had to move rooms due to the cold, and the TV didn't work either. This place really needs renovations and updates.

i almost left a good review, but the reservation was a total mess & the heater was falling apart! and don't get me started on the noise level—very distracting. i expected a welcome gift for all that trouble, but obviously that was too much to ask! apparently, guests are just guests here, not royalty.

Had a great time with friends! The clean room was perfect for our group vacation. We explored the nearby golf courses, which were a blast, and checked out some outlet shopping too. The staff made us feel welcome...

The room had a comfy vibe with a clean appearance at first glance. Really appreciated how the staff was helpful when I needed an extra chair for my mother-in-law. It's nice when they accommodate such requests. However, the chair itself was a bit wobbly, which made sitting on it a bit nerve-racking. The room smelled like cigarettes, so even my clothes picked up that smell. The air conditioning wasn’t great, and I noticed that ventilation was lacking. On my last night, I had to call the front desk to get an extra chair since I had to work, and the maintenance guy brought it promptly. A good gesture on their part.

It was just a perfect match for a weekend jaunt in Appleton with fantastic value for money. The staff were really accommodating, going out of their way to help when I had an issue with the TV. Check if your room has a working heater before settling in.
